为了探索宇宙奥秘，弘扬科学精神，展示最新的天文科研成果，促进天文研究和科普教育工作，扩大天文学科影响，加强云南省天文学会单位、会员之间的沟通与交流，我们经过深思熟虑后，在2016年10月14日至16日将在玉溪市新平县嘎洒镇大云酒店召开一场盛大的学术会议——云南省天文学会2016年学术年会。

为确保这次活动能够圆满成功，我们诚挚地邀请各位热心于科学研究的同仁们积极参与，并准备一份精彩绝伦的学术报告。我们鼓励各位专家、教授及研究生朋友们尽早向会议提交报告题目，以便我们可以更好地安排会议议程。

在本次年度大会上，我们将围绕恒星物理、太阳物理、高能天体物理、行星及小天体物理、天体力学和天体测量、科技创新、新技术应用、大型设备仪器预研以及其他相关领域进行深入探讨。具体来说：

特邀报告将持续20分钟，其中包括5分钟提问环节。

口头报告则需10分钟，以及随后的5分钟提问时间。

张贴报告则是3分钟演讲加上2分钟答辩。

为了让您的演讲更加流畅，我们提供了电脑和投影仪等必需工具。此外，您也可以选择张贴形式，将PPT文件或5页A4纸质文稿张贴展出。

关于参会费用：

正式参会人员需要交纳800元人民币作为注册费。

房费定价330元/间，但住宿费用由参会者自理。

陪同人员每人需交纳500元人民币作为注册费，但不包含住宿费用。

请务必使用现金支付注册费。

Cloud Astronomy Association: Unveiling the Mysteries of the Cosmos (2016)

To explore the secrets of the universe, promote scientific spirit, showcase latest astronomical research outcomes, and enhance communication among members and units within our association, we are organizing an extraordinary event - The 2016 Annual Academic Conference of Yunnan Astronomical Society from October 14th to 16th in Dachun Hotel, Gaasa Township, Xundian County.

We cordially invite experts and researchers to participate in this academic meeting by submitting their report topics as early as possible for us to arrange a smooth schedule.

The conference will focus on various fields including stellar physics, solar physics, high-energy astrophysics, planetary astronomy & small bodies astronomy, celestial mechanics & celestial measurements and technological innovation with new technology applications & large-scale equipment pre-researches.

Specifically:

Invited lectures shall last for 20 minutes followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

Oral presentations shall be held for 10 minutes plus a subsequent Q&A period.

Poster sessions shall involve a brief presentation lasting three minutes accompanied by two minutes for discussion.

We provide necessary tools such as computers and projectors to ensure your presentations run smoothly. Additionally you may choose poster form displaying PPT files or five A4 pages of printed content.

Regarding registration fees:

Formal attendees need pay an attendance fee of RMB800 each.

Accommodation charges at RMB330 per room apply but stay expenses are self-funded.

Each accompanying person must pay RMB500 attendance fee excluding accommodation costs.
