在国内大城市尤其是常年被雾霾笼罩的北京,空气净化器已成为许多家庭不可或缺的电器。aeris创始人CEO Pierre Bi recently held a launch event for their new air purifier, named aura, in Beijing's 798 Art Zone. The product is priced at 2799 yuan, with the filter costing an additional 1199 yuan. This comes as no surprise given the city's recent warning of severe air pollution.

Just days prior to the event, the aeris team hosted a small media gathering to introduce their brand and products. At this official launch event, there was a glass-enclosed space measuring around 9 square meters filled with smoke. Its purpose was clear: to showcase the effectiveness of their air purifier in cleaning up polluted air.

The design of these air purifiers is simple and features a rectangular bucket shape. Users can control them remotely through an app and enjoy advanced features like machine learning that learns users' habits such as automatically stopping purification when they leave home at specific times each day.

In terms of coverage area, aura has an hourly output rate of 455 cubic meters per hour, capable of covering spaces up to 60 square meters - significantly larger than most current models on the market which typically cover areas between 40-50 square meters.

The filters are made up of three layers using EPA-certified materials that can last for six months without needing replacement - although actual usage may result in longer intervals between replacements.

One unique aspect of aeris's product line is its Swiss manufacturing process. CTO Wang Shuo explained during a previous media exchange that local materials did not meet their standards regarding filter adhesion thickness (0.8mm), leading them to choose Switzerland for production. While core components such as filters and motors come from Switzerland, assembly takes place within China.

Targeting independent women aged around 25 who prioritize health and aesthetics over function alone allows aeris’ product designers freedom while creating appealing options featuring black or white colors alongside wood grain patterns available now online through their website where pre-orders have already been met with success before shipping begins next month; offline distribution channels will follow suit shortly after release date announcement later this year by CEO Pierre Bi himself stating his company aims on expanding retail presence nationwide soon enough so all customers could easily access high-quality purified indoor environment solutions more conveniently than ever before!
