家用净化水选哪种设备最合算万元级空气净化器在唯物考验中如何保持性价比
也许是这几年性价比的热潮让人们对空气净化器有了更高的期待。小米推出了一款空气净化器,很多人就认为这一类产品应该具备高配置和低价格。这一观念过于狭隘。
互联网的本质在于降低信息获取成本,这自然会压缩厂商利润空间。但这并不意味着商业模式决定了产品形式。当然,“极致”、“发烧”那是另一回事,不必过度认真。
LIFAair是一家来自芬兰的空气净化器公司,这让人容易怀疑其产品能力。然而,LIFAair技术专家梅杰佩与之进行了对话(经过删减):
你们3G过滤技术和静电除尘技术有什么区别?
LIFAair:3G过滤技术通过负离子吸收污染物,而传统静电除尘效用会迅速消失。此外,我们滤材带有电荷,使吸附力超过普通HEPA,并且风速限制较少。
这样我们可以制作特别厚的滤芯,同时增加进风量并加入反向高压以保证不怕潮、不怕油,并延长使用寿命。这也是LIFAair 3G 的专利之一。
编者按:根据公开资料了解行业专家的解读:“他们将多种空气净化技术叠加称为3G,效果应佳。”至于核心驻极体滤材,他认为:“那是一个负离子发生器,空气中的颗粒带电后被正电荷滤网吸附。”与普通HEPA比较,“HEPA 与自身密集程度正相关,它容易饱和产生二次污染。在过滤效率上,与普通HEPA相比,不见得驻极有效,只能说松散型因为带电后的吸附力变强,即使网眼不大也能捕捉空中污染物,从而提供更大的通风量及CADR值。”
关于静电产生臭氧,你们如何处理?
LIFAair:确实可能会有一些臭氧,但内部设有活性炭过滤层。LA700内活性炭6公斤,LA500内为3.5公斤,这远超其他品牌。另外,我们使用防酸活性炭,以防久用后酸化难闻现象。而我们的不会出现这个问题。
尽管驻极基于HEPA升级,但考虑到效果与成本主流仍以HEPA为主。在性价比方面,你们是怎样权衡?
LIFAair:这是一个误解。虽然3G成本较高,但它不是大家都不用的原因,而是因为它是我们多年的专利技术。
此外,由于容尘量大,其使用周期要长于普通HEPA。此外,它还能抵御油烟等挑战,即使吐口香烟也不可能完全捕捉PM2.5而已。这就是巨大的差异。
据了解,对6纳米颗粒布朗运动显著,可以捕捉难度小。
LIFAair:超细格状筛子的情况下可以逮住这些小颗粒。但越细筛阻力越大噪音功率都很大。而HEPA虽然可抓取这些颗粒但效率稍低一些。
但LA500跟LA300用的还是常规HEPA,并且抽风口在顶部,他们的问题怎么解决?
LIFAair:风机种类繁多,我们采用的是离心式风机,有后离心特点叶片冲后转动。大部分市场上的为空调或窗户式都是前向离心轻重便宜但效率不足。
市面上购买到的那些风机质量参差不齐基本只能自己制作,所以别人控制平衡度0.1克时,我们控制在0.02克,所以转动噪音小一些。此外注意看LA300、LA500叶轮式出风口,是45度倾斜一般直出的打到叶片产生噪声我们的45度直接出去没有噪声影响流量的大还不能阻碍,一有阻碍就没法吹出来所以为什么像小米那样底下用一个离心上面轴流很大的流量又不能有一点阻力如果一有就会光转没吹来让用户觉得特别劲其实都不是来自设备里的却像是有的

但是传感器久用之后一定精度下降怎么解决?

Air quality sensors in the LIFAAir air purifiers are designed to last for more than three years, with a lifespan of five years or more.
But what about the issue of sensor accuracy decreasing over time?
The answer lies in the use of smart technology.
For example, just as a single-lens reflex camera has a shutter life of around 20,000 times but users do not continuously take photos, we have extended its lifespan.
Air pollutants such as PM2.5 do not change rapidly in the air.
There are two common methods for detecting PM2.5: infrared and laser sensing.
Infrared sensing is ineffective for monitoring PM2.5 because it is actually a dust sensor with a long wavelength that cannot effectively monitor PM2.5 particles.
We use laser sensing with a short wavelength that can effectively detect PM2.5 particles.
However, most commonly used laser sensors have an effective working life of only 4,000 hours and are typically used as test instruments rather than integrated into main devices.
We were the first to integrate them into our main devices by using algorithms to adjust their sensitivity based on changes in airflow levels during operation.
This allows us to extend the operating cycle of our machines beyond their original design specifications while maintaining high detection accuracy despite changes in ambient conditions and sensor aging over time.
As for UV light disinfection mentioned earlier,
we use direct UV light sterilization like hospital lamps,
not photo-catalytic oxidation which requires low wind speeds and cannot be effective at high wind speeds.
And finally,
the price?
Our air purifiers come bundled with smart terminals (monitors).
The market price for LA300 is ¥3980 (approximately USD $550), LA500 is ¥4980 (USD $690), and LA700 will be launched early next year after overcoming some technical challenges; it will retail at over ¥10,000 (USD $1400).
When questioned about pricing compared to competitors like Xiaomi or Muji Blue Air,
we replied:
"Our prices may not compare favorably to those offered by Xiaomi,"
but "they are not higher than those offered by Muji Blue Air."
One sentence sums up our approach:
"We aim to offer competitive products without sacrificing performance."
